Alchemy of Sound & In Depth
The sacred art of sound, now offered in two chapters. Begin with Alchemy of Sound (Level 1), a 4-day foundational immersion, or deepen into In Depth (Level 2), a 3-day advanced training for seasoned facilitators. You can choose to walk the full path (Level 1 & 2 together in one immersive week) - start at the beginning (Level 1 only) - or return for Level 2 alone if you have trained with us before or already have some experience but feel the need to go deeper.

Have you asked yourself what happens after you graduate from a teacher training course? In many cases, when a course is over, students have to start looking for a place to teach, often wondering how to do it, where to do it. It can be a daunting and confusing time for some people.
Senses is one of Sri Lanka most established Yoga school and spiritual center offering more than 40 classes, workshops, ceremonies and activities a week. Becoming a teacher at Senses means that you have a studio, teachers, friends and a community that supports you after your training.
After graduating, you will have the opportunity to access an exclusive mentorship program which will allow you to participate in classes to support and assist Jonny & Nati until you are ready to be on your own. You will be part of our teacher community spread all over the world which is supportive and encouraging.

We made this choice to honour the diverse dietary needs, preferences, and financial situations of our students so you have the freedom to choose what works best for you. There is a restaurant and accommodation on site at the Midigama Fruit Farm if you wish to eat and stay on site or you can explore different options nearby. Senses is a fully accredited and registered school which allows us to certify you to teach anywhere in the world. Upon completion of this course you will receive a certificate that certifies your ability in conducting Sound Healing Sessions.
We wanted this training to be much more than a certificate. We have meticulously crafted this course to make sure that this will be an invaluable growth and evolutionary experience for yourself and for everyone that you will share your newly acquired skills with. You will meet new friends for life and you will be given all the tools to network and grow professionally that will allow many different paths to unfold in front of you.
DAILY SCHEDULE
The day at Senses starts with a soft slow morning, waking up to the sounds of the birds and with a stroll to our yoga shala going through exotic fruit trees and lush greenery while sipping on tea or coffee. The day is a mix of practices, workshops, study and break times perfectly balanced to make the training enjoyable yet dynamic. Here is how a sample day looks like:
