ROSIE JORDAN
Rosie is a yoga teacher and wellness mentor based in Sri Lanka, passionate about helping students connect deeply with their bodies and nervous systems through gentle, restorative practices.
She has assisted in several teacher trainings, supporting aspiring teachers with guidance, encouragement, and a focus on creating safe, nourishing spaces for learning.
Rosie is also the founder of Mind-Body Garden, where she shares practices and rituals that cultivate balance, presence, and overall wellbeing in everyday life.

VALERIA BOOZ
Valeria Booz has over 10 years of experience teaching yoga, with a strong focus on Yin Yoga and a deep understanding of the body, mind, and emotional healing. With a background in science and training in Chinese Medicine, she integrates ancient wisdom with modern knowledge, having studied with respected teachers such as Paul Grilley, Denise Payne, and Sarah Power. Her approach creates an accessible, non-judgmental space where students can soften, release, and reconnect with balance and authenticity.

There is a restaurant and accommodation on site at the Midigama Fruit Farm if you wish to eat and stay on site or you can explore different options nearby. If you wish to stay on site without the need of leaving the studio, the Midigama Fruit Farm offers female only 6 beds dorms, Mixed 6 beds dorms and private rooms starting at €10/night . DAILY SCHEDULE
The day at Senses starts with a soft slow morning, waking up to the sounds of the birds and with a stroll to our yoga shala going through exotic fruit trees and lush greenery while sipping on tea or coffee. The day is a mix of practices, workshops, study and break times perfectly balanced to make the training enjoyable yet dynamic. Here is how a sample day looks like:
