In today’s fast-paced world, Yin Yoga offers a powerful antidote—an invitation to slow down, restore balance, and connect with the body on a deeper level.

Yin yoga, a modern practice rooted in Taoist traditions, complements the principles of Chinese medicine, which focuses on the flow of energy through meridians and the balance of the five elements. This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training will guide you through the philosophy and energetics of Yin, teaching you how to use this practice for somatic healing and inner calm.

Designed for those seeking both personal transformation and the skills to teach. The teacher training will be hosted at Senses Studio, surrounded by nothing but nature. By the end of the training, you’ll be Yoga Alliance certified, confident, and ready to share the profound benefits of Yin Yoga with the world.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

The Senses teaching methodology and its curriculum has been fully written and tested by our teacher.

    Laura Palenque

    Laura Palenque

With 10 years of experience on the yoga path, I began my journey in Spain and deepened my practice through 2 transformative years in India, learning from masters and building a daily spiritual practice (sadhana) in various ashrams.

Yin Yoga brought me peace and somatic healing after a decade of living in the hectic world of television journalism. Dealing with anxiety, stress, and burnout, I found relief in the stillness of Yin, which allowed me to reconnect with myself on a deep level.

Now based in Sri Lanka for the past three years, I specialize in yoga, energy work and breathwork, offering holistic retreats, trainings, and workshops. I’m passionate about helping others find their own balance and healing through these powerful practices.
