A home for the conscious community on the south coast of Sri Lanka.

Senses is a yoga studio and an eco resort for the conscious and adventurous travelers, artists & nomads looking to deepen their spiritual practice. Located in the Midigama Fruit Farm, an organic and regenerative land now home to over 140 species of animals and 87 varieties of flora, here you can explore the beauty of biodiversity in an enchanting landscape while experiencing transformational growth.

Over 30 practices of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, ecstatic dance, kirtan, singing circles and ceremonies are offered every week together with our facilitators and teacher training which are designed to prepare you to share your unique gift with the world.

The sound journey "Five Elements"The five elements were defined in... the body at the beginning and the journey continued not in the mind but in the body with a relaxing Nidra and then the sound.Earth was characterized by earthy didgeridoo and a dull thump from the drum coming from the earth's core,The water was accompanied by the sound of rain and didgeridoo, which caused light and pleasant water-like vibrations in the body.Then the fire, chaotic, loud, unpredictable and intangible.
